After welcoming our first child, we made the heartfelt decision to close our food truck after three wonderful years of operation. While the food truck gave us invaluable experience and loyal customers, the long hours and environment were no longer ideal for our growing family.

During those years, we developed a number of signature recipes including a beloved hot sauce that we once gifted as wedding favors

As we reflected on what would come next, it became clear that our passion for crafting bold, authentic flavors still had a future.

Now, Mama Seto’s focuses on small batch, handcrafted products inspired by our family's heritage, our travels around the world, and the simple joy of bringing unforgettable flavors home.
